Basically, the Chairman of the Pennsylvania Liquor Board went into negotiations with wineries from California to find great wines that needed to be given a little push. With the buying power of an entire state, he was able to find some great values. He has since gone into his own business continuing the same idea. Buying large quantities of certain wines in order to get them moving. These are one time purchases. Once the wine is gone- it is gone. Then he moves on to other wineries, etc. He has recently started to distribute in Maryland. We have been able to try several of his wines and have chosen a few gems. These “Hand Picked“ items are available on a first come first serve basis. We will continue buying items from him as sales warrant.
